Non disclosure of individual channel price by Dish TV.
When I brought Dish Tv they offered unlimited Recording facilities but now converted into price package. During cricket match series Non telecast of DD Sports channel. When I brought connection I had selected packages of swagatam pack where distributor assured me get minimum one channel from each segment such as Start Sport 1/3, Any one business news channel and many more whereas after one month company demand for price.
DD Bengla channel is very popular to me but company forcefully converted into MPG4 format( as Customer care representative said) and urged for sd box to HD box.
I write several times to company but they didn’t take as complaint rather they consider as feedback. Customer care representative didn’t listen to consumer and wish whatever they need to wish. Many a times I observed my loved ones channel converted into switch off and pop up for extra money. Lastly company didn’t showed how much I pay for each channel under certain package.
