I had booked car for 2 days (27/05 – 28/05) from savaari.com, they have provided us unprofessional driver he was not aware bout routes in lonavala. I have booked it for 500 km for 5,577 rs but cancelled cab for next day n for that they have charged me 3,886 rs., Also when we were coming back from wet n joy there was something happened with cab when we asked to driver he said there’s no fuel in cab n he demanded money for auto rickshaw n for fuel from us when we denied he blackmailed us that if we won’t pay he won’t take us back to pune during this incident I called on savaari.com’s customer care number for almost 5 -6 times but didn’t got proper response from them it shows irresponsibility n carelessness of a company. They have spoiled our whole day.
