Service not provided for defective product within guarantee. Value: 6078

Thomson Washing Machines Order No- od226141251079949000 Date of Purchase- 4-10-2022 Amount paid- 6078/- The washing machine is not working properly since first week of March 2023. I contacted the company, but the company is only writing back that the issue will be resolved soon. It’s been more than two months now.
