I had ordered this product (4 pcs) and received ( only 2 pcs)my article on 22nd of the month but the items were short. I called the Customer service and registered a complaint.
1.The required time till 27th April but on 24th when i saw the complaint online it said resolved ,I called again and they said the bucket has been shifted, I need to arrange a refund request so that they credit the amount balance but i wanted an explanations as this had happened to me earlier.
2.They again asked time till 27th but when I saw no development ,i escalated the matter on 28th April but to my surprise they said that their courier partner claims to have delivered all articles intact and they are helpless. I have a pic of the delivery guy when i opened the packs which is attached for your reference
3.this has become a modest operandi of these online service, cheating innocent customers of their hard earned money
I being an Indian believed that buy from Indian companies but I feel we Indians actually brutally cheat our fellow Indian and leave them at the mercy of time.
Request you to initiate full investigation including call recording of conversations with the customer service.
