Complaint regarding shifting of domestic items from Jalandhar to Jabalpur

I booked my luggage from Jalandhar to Jabalpur on 11 Apr 2019 by Aggarwal best packers and movers coy. They will promise to deliver my luggage with in 5 days but my luggage is not arrived till date, they will demand 5 thousands money more for delivery of luggage, I paid 5000 online in his acct and they not attend any call now from my number. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
