Complaint regarding short delivery by Flipkart

I bought an online item from Flipkart in 3 numbers and only 1 number of the item is delivered. The full amount of 3 items was paid with Cash on Delivery.
The delivery date was 18/10/21 and i have raised an complaint with that issue to the flipkart on 22/10/21 but nothing responded from their side then. Today on the 30th after another complain they are saying that they can’t do any thing as I am late and the customer care executive named Sxxxxn behaved rudely rather than trying to resolve my problem
