Complaint regarding triple play internet services

I am regular consumer of triple play internet services. They had been collecting money in advance. Last month, they raised a bill of rs.182. which I thought it’s by error. As monthly billing amount is 708. Just 5days later I again received pending bill of 708. After enquiring about my previous payment. They mentioned they have changed the billing cycle of all without intimation. After enquiring about my advance payment. They said it was meant for Aug’21.And refused to make correct calculation.
