Complaint regarding short delivery by Flipkart

I have ordered Pack of 5 Bluebizz Head Loop N 95 Mask Grey red reusable washable 6 Layers on 9th April from Flipkart for Rs 169/- Payment Terms – COD. But I have received 2nos instead of 5 nos masks on 15th April. 3 items are missing.
Then I complained on Flipkart cutomare care. They assured me to replace the item. it will deliver within 24th April.
Today morning their delivery boy came to my home & broke the sealed packet ( Plastic cover) & refused the replacement.

After that I contacted Flipkart Customer Care several times but in vain. I am very disappointed from flipkart. The are cheated me.

I am requesting you to replace the item. Awaiting your response
