Complaint regarding store credit instead of refund

Regarding Return. Value: 849

I had returned an article and was given the store credit in the fiorm of Gift card number ..I used it at the time of next purchase but the same was not applied and I had to pay the whole amount as COD for the item…i need refund of rs 849 in my account now….I do not want any store credit ….
