Regarding non-delivery of products by Meesho

I have ordered some products drom meesho and on 23rd june 4 products were wrongly marked as delivered without delivery and sharing of product.

I lodged the complaint on same date but meesho executives are harassing me and not providing me any solution.

I have been trying to contact them since 23rd june but they are not giving me any proper reply and none of their senior is taking my call which is very irresponsible of them.

Kindly help me and get me my products or refund.
