sun direct settop box not loading. Value: Dth connection charges, renewal etc.
When switched on set top box shows loader data wibdow but not loading. Customer service asked me to keep settop on for 2 hours. Though it was jept on 9 hours, still no progress (remarks:unable to acquire frontend dignal). Result, unable to see any channel. My sun direct smc no.10544588394.

I am waiting for last 8 month, I am requested to sun direct dth customer care for Ren tv channel, Trace music tv channel. But do not active the channel my account. Please action to you immediately sun direct dth.
