Complaint regarding Tata Sky recharge

I started tata sky on 29th March 2018 .. and from then they ask me to pay 199 RS every 15-20 days prior .. next recharge date was 11 April (this record I get now)… I always suspect that there was some issue regarding this .. so precosiously I remember the date this time .. and the date was 31st August … N I also activate star sports 1 channel for which I had paid 60rs extra . Now they are showing 27 th Sept as next recharge date .. and when ask for this to costomer care representative they said company had rise pack amount by 20rs.. 1st of all how could u rise price before 6 months … N it’s not for the 1st time .. they have always deducted the amount … When asked costomer care representative arrogantly said it’s company policy we won’t help you
