It was terrible experience with AC installation. I definitely will not take No broker service again .
I paid 1900+GST to No broker and the installation was not completed as the technician didn’t had experience with Daikin AC installation. When I contacted customer support they mentioned that they would send another technician and need to wait for 48 hours.
If I had to wait for 2-3 days for installation I would have paid 1500 only to Daikin AC professional and would have done it. Why I would I pay 1900+GST to No broker for AC installation and wait for 3 days to be completed.
Since you could not provide technician within the expected time, I had to pay another 1500 extra to another technician to resolve the issue as you could not send another technician .
So Instead of spending Rs.1500 to complete the installation, I had to spend more than Rs.3000 to complete the installation because of your inefficiency
