Complaint regarding too high fare charging by OLA CAB

OLA cab company becoming famous for unfair services. I booked Ola auto ride, within city. Fair Shown 29/-(from Westend Mall Aundh to Pune ICS Colony ) at the time of booking ride BUT FARE CHARGED 134 / – FROM ME AFTER COMPLETING RIDE by OLA Company. “THIS HAPPENED 4 TIMES WITH ME. ” (Auto driver was polite & .professional ) When I gave complaint to OLA CUSTOMER CARE, they said that THEIR SERVER SHOWING EXTRA Kilometres runned but in actual I dropped auto on exact destination. THE COMPANY PERSON ASKED THAT “OUR SERVER, MAPS SHOWING EXTRA RUNNING OF AUTO, SO WE CAN GIVE YOU 55/-CASH BACK ONLY”.
& After some time they told that “you have given our complaints more times so system not showing results properly. So, we cannot give any refund to you “.
This thing shows ola cab is totally dependent on map, server & system only. If those systems not working, means the company totally useless sssssssssssssssssssssss. Also started charging too high fares than given fare to customers.
