I ordered a Ceramic Dinner set priced at INR 8000, that was being sold for INR 4000 through purple_decor (Insta ID), and maid the payment via UPI to this UPI ID: rathidinesh9[@]ybl and post that they have gone completely missing. No response whatsoever on their email address and Insta account.
They sent me a PDF invoice kind of document and they have been missing post I made the payment on June 9th. Documents are attached for your reference
I am looking forward to a refund and penalising the vendor for executing false transactions on Instagram
