Netmeds offered me refund on order in Netmeds Wallet. In initial order they allowed me 30% amount to add in invoice. But in subseqent order they donot allowed. Today when i inquired to support team they told that both promocode & wallet will not apply simulteneously (according to their terms & conditions) also i cannot use all netmeds Wallet balance at a time for invoice.
This could be according to terms & conditions of NedMeds but at primaface it seems making fool the customers. So i would request you do some strict actions to avoid such suffering of customers.
