I have complained for Videocon Air Conditioner service on 11-11-18, They told that the technician will visit within 72 Hrs. But no one came even after continuous follow up from Videocon. They have cancelled my Complaint on 20-11-18 without any reason.
After that new complaint booked on 21-11-18 and they have given me several numbers of Videocon service center in Vadodara, I called each and every number in conference of the Customer care executive, but there was not a single number was active to talk.
On 26-11-18 I came to know that Videocon had cancelled my complaint withoiut any reason. Now I have booked once more New complaint on 26-11-18 for the same service SINCE 11-11-18. Emails bounces from Videcon “customercare@vgmail.com” every time.
Even customer care executive do not have any escalation procedure for the complaint I am helpless. Hope complaint here will help me to service my Air conditioner.
