I have a connection of Videocon d2h , there was regular problems of set top box from new purchase. then I called customer service . they send a worst mechanic. he told me that my set top box had many problems. so I have to by a new hd set top box . for the new set top box I paid RS 1300 .and the old set top the company mechanic took away with him. after 6 months the new set top box becomes more compain than the old. We could not get any channel. most of all we allready recharged it .totol loss of money and time and mental strength.again when I called customer care they told me my set top box chip is destroyed.they assured me to send a mechanic .but till our whole family are waiting for the mechanic “God”.
