Complaint regarding Videocon LED warranty service

I have purchased videocon led on 31/10/14 with 5 years warranty upto 30/10/2019 ..now on18/ 8/17 when led screen and psp port is not working coustmer care is saying no charges for screen replacement but for broken psp they will charge 6000 rs to 7000 rs they do not tell cousmer terms like this when we purchase this product …pls help..

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
