I have purchased videocon led on 31/10/14 with 5 years warranty upto 30/10/2019 ..now on18/ 8/17 when led screen and psp port is not working coustmer care is saying no charges for screen replacement but for broken psp they will charge 6000 rs to 7000 rs they do not tell cousmer terms like this when …
