I have ordered few of the products from Ajio on 6th Jan 2024. And I received different products in different packages. I have unboxed them all at once to shoot a video in YouTube as I’m a vlogger. And I’m shocked to see one of the package consists of only waste cloth pieces kept in cover and delivered instead of Embroidered Chikankari Flared kurtas of Black and blue. Literally waste cloth pieces.
This is worst experience I have ever faced. Instaed of 2 kurtis they sent waste cloth pieces. I’m a vlogger and i have video proof also . I raised complaint also to ajio with complaint Id COxxxxxx6 and they are saying as the product is not tampered while delivering they saying product delivered to me and closed the complaint. I have an unboxing video also when I opened waste cloth pieces were sent instead of kurtis and they are not at all understanding my problem.
As per file size restrictions I’m unable to add video proof. But i can send through email so if required please send me an email and i can reply with video proof.
Really I’m feeling very bad by this fraud behaviour from Ajio and could you please help in providing my refund.
