Complaint regarding wrong account statement from SBI

My credit card allotted by State Bank of India , applied at sahakar gram branch kandivali east, mumbai 400101. after receiving credit card I have not received pin number and state bank of india. Many times I visited branch and contacted the authorised person, she promised me for pin number.  after one month they had send me the bill of annual charges, then agains i visited the branch and ask her to cancel the credit card, and also informed her to cancel the card, but she replied that you have write letter on line to customer care. I write the letter to customer care to cancel the card,  but they again and again sending the bill. I write them to refuse the payment but they were sending the bill with interest charges.

Sir I request you, please allow me not to pay the charges.
