Complaint regarding wrong advice by Idea on Tata Docomo

Misguidance about docomo sim , unexpected extra bill. Ideas members called me and told me that docomo company is going to shutdown so take exchange offer with idea n after that . Their call centre lady said there will be no extra bill than 350? but after one month the bill was 1000? what a froud company , and froud employee they have . Always ready to misguided customer.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
