My company ordered for 20 Bottle green coloured T shirts on 2-11-21 from printvenue.com. We paid Rs 8000/- for the same. I ordered 1 sample T shirt first and they sent it correctly. But when i ordered 20 T shirts they sent a different colour. I was talking to Mr. Pxxxxl Kxxxxxr first and then Dxxxxxp Kxxxxr. I sent all details to mr Pxxxxxl Kxxxxxr. But we received different green coloured T shirts on 22-11-21. When i confronted them they are not obliging it or refunding the money.
What do i do with different colour T shirts that are not acceptable to us. Request you to refund atleast 80 percent of the money for the wrong colour delivered.
