I had booked blood test for “D-dimer & CRP Test” on Netmeds website which was to be conducted by “Healthians Partner Lab” on 10th October 2021 (Between 08:00 am to 09:00 am). The blood sample collection was not done on time due to which I had cancelled the Lab test. I had paid Rs.929 through SimplPay application on 9th October 2021 at 11:59 pm and the price break-up is as under :-
1) D-dimer Test – Rs.449
2) CRP – Rs.480
Netmeds has refunded only Rs.449 to my SimplPy account but the rest amount of Rs.480 has not been refunded till now even after talking 4-5 times on helpline number with customer care executive which is very disturbing. The customer care executive always asks for a time of 24-48 hours for initiating refund but nothing has been credited to my SimplPay account since then. Kindly help me to get my money refunded and take strict action against the company.
