Complaint regarding wrong delivery by customwatch

Faulty and different watch sent by customwatch.in and incessant calls to their given numbers and mails sent on info[at]customwatch.in have received no response. When I called on the number 96xxxxxx40 – one Pxxxxxxh repeated disconnects the call and the mails are responded. Looks like money is lost in trusting a online purchase.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
