Complaint regarding wrong delivery by customwatch

Faulty and different watch sent by customwatch.in and incessant calls to their given numbers and mails sent on info[at]customwatch.in have received no response. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
