The complaint is against Myntra. I was in my hometown and Myntra delivered the product to some unknown person without my knowledge and approval. The packet from Myntra include lot of personal information like – Name, Gender, Complete Address etc. That person can make use of these information to perform any activity which is against the law.
Also, it’s against the privacy law because the person to whom they delivered the item may open my ordered. It’s a very serious problem and violation of data privacy law.
