Complaint regarding wrong delivery by triviyaa

I have ordered a lahenga in triviyaa.com. then i got a sms that was “Your Order No.188103 has been Successfully placed with Triviyaa.com. It will be Delivered in 7-8 business Days. Order total : Rs.746.92 Thank You.”
But they delivered a cheap quality saree. Its completely cheating. So i want to return the products as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products and get money back.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
