I did a transaction using Yes bank in Feb. 2017 and paid out the whole amount in the next month itself. But unfortunately the transaction took 2 days delay to reflect in Yes Bank account. For that they have charged me some fine amount around Rs. 1550/- ( Including Financial charge + late payment + S.T ). Immediately I made a call to customer care and given explanation. They agreed to waive off the disputed amount. But they haven’t waive off the amount and every day they are calling from different numbers and asking me to pay the amount and every month they are summing up some additional fine amount for that amount too. I am really stressed and tired about explaining the things everyday to them. They are giving me mental torcher everyday. Please help me to get out from this horrible problem.Thanks for your support.
