I booked make my trip cab service from delhi to manali on 27/9/17.instead of choosing 1 pm i chose am. i received a call from cab service 1 day earlier i told him i am arriving by air india morning 9 am he said ok he didn’t tell me the mistake i did. Intentionally he called at 12:45 and then make my trip called i understood my mistake called the cab guy and told him will pay him the airport parking charge till 10 am and he said ok and he has called make my trip and said i didn’t pick the call. Make my trip also didn’t call and confirm and they have cancelled without informing me. Asduming cab guy is waiting i called he happily blamed make my trip and make my trip said cab person said i didn’t pick up. Either way i am the loser because i have paid 15 perscent upfront for booking which has been deducted happily as cancellation charges. The term and conditions indemnifies make my trip for delay from cab side cancellation from cab side but when a customer makes a mistake all fingers point the customer. Wh as t a worst service. A good lesson for life as a consumer.
