Complaint regrding no delivery, no refund from Zopnow

I placed order for grocery on this ZOPNOW today and made payment of Rs 2674.80 paid to RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PR and did not receive any order confirmation/communication there after. The amount was paid thru Googlepay and debited from my bank account. Kindly check for the fraud and arrange for refund on priority.Calls made to phone numbers get no answer as they do not exist.
