Complaint regarding investment through telegram channel

Telegram scammer. Value: 2500. There’s a telegram scammer called dzheyshah i invested money with him he said he’d earn money for me through a betting website called 4rabet i invested about 2500 then he blocked me i also reached him on instagram but he blocked me three too i havent got my lost money yet pls help

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
