Hi, I am staying at kandivali mumbai. I am writting this complaint against my cable operator Royal Cable (Hathway). From last 5-6 months the cable is not working properly. Everytime there mechanic comes do something 5-10mins work and leaves the place after leaving him the issue starts again. Everytime they give some excuses but not giving any proper solution for the same. Our subscription getting waste and they dont bother about it. Complaints are taking very lightly from the local operators and their staff also very rudely talking with thier customers. Request you to please do the needful
