We took a connection from Airtel company, under which the plan was billed for only one month, after that without any information my plan was changed and additional bill was imposed when we complained about this to Airtel store, then the bill was discounted. Talking about giving, a discount of RS. 398.00 was given but this month again the bill has been given with the changed plan whereas the same bill should have been given under the plan under which the connection was given.
