Very poor service.. My courier consignment no. M51590583 is not delivered.. I have tracked its status and its being received to the facility since 10 days but not yet delivered… I have tried contacting the dtdc office but didn’t get the proper assistance from them.. The officials is asking me to go and pick up the courier from the delivery facility by myself… If I have to pick it up from there then why would I have handover it to dtdc.. I would have delivered it by myself… They have now blocked my number and are not attending my calls. Really disappointed.. Cheater courier services
