Defective cot from furniture stores

I have brought the new cot and mattress from Saravana Furniture Stores -T-Nagar Branch,chennai on 17-JUL-2017. After 10 days i have observed that there is some insect is there inside of the cot and it is making cot as powder. Immediately i have informed to saravana stores regarding this and they are not responded upto yet after many many followups. Please help me on this to get the new cot.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
