Defective LG washing machine from dealer

Received damaged w/m and on complaint no response till now from LG. Value: 14000. I brought a washing machine from LG but when it was delivered with dents. On my complaint for the replacement the dealer denied that LG would look into the matter but there is no response from LG till date. It has been 15 days since I first paid for the w/m.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
