The prepaid product I’ve ordered from Flipkart did not get delivered and they are not willing to refund. Value: 699
I ordered a Yonex Mavis 350 nylon shuttles box from Flipkart on 17th October and I received a confirmation that the product has been delivered on October 18th. But nobody came to my house for delivery. The request for refund has been rejected as their seller says the delivery partner has confirmed the delivery. Since the product was not Cash on Delivery, there is a possibility the delivery person would have kept the product for himself to sell it outside for himself.
