Defective product from Naaptol

I had purchased a get in shape belt from naaptol on 4th sept 2017 as i was out of station when i recd the product i came back after 2 days and used the product but in 1 day only the belt stretched and got torn from the sides and i called the call centre but they refused to take a complaint saying the warranty stands for only 48 hours which was not told when i ordered on phone still on my request i got the complaint registered 27720905 dated 8th sept 17 still they are taking the same stand but i told them that all shopping sites give a exchange /return policy for 30 days and your piece is defective but they refused to listen and say the warranty stands for 48 hours which shows that they are aware of thier defective product.
