Fake offers from Zopnow, not refunding money

I had placed an order on zopnow via their app. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money. It seems to be a fraud company. They are not at all responding. I saw many other users on twitter cheated by them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

    I got cheated too , this company doing youtube video promotions for delivery orders online, Some body stop this fraud company, they just taking advantage of lockdown in city and cheating people. it seems i also lost my Rs.1600/- in order without any confirmation and order details.

    I placed order 646/- 05/05/2021 through phone e, no order no refund status… there is info to contact zopnow team… complete fraud. Just their keeping tempted offer and catching people for Money making.

    I too got cheated by zapnow. I paid rs 1023 and immediately my order got cancelled.just want my money to be refunded.

    I booked an order at zopnow.in of 638 INR at 1may2021.
    After Paytm UPI payment no order confirmation.
    I mailed the details of payment to zopnow customer service but no response from that side.
    I saw many people cheated by this website.
    I saw zopnow advertisement at YouTube, if it was a fake company then Google have to return our money.
    Why Google flash froud advertisement at his platform.

    Try posting a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline: https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

    Trust me, they take complaints seriously and it works.

    It’s totally fake company. I am going lodge a police complaint and informing to cyber cell.
