I have ordered a product on e-commerce site www.shiprocket.in. The product is defective and I have shared Video of same to support[at]shiprocket.in as per description given on e-commerce site.
I have submitted my complain 2 times but both the time complain had been closed without solving anything.
Both the complaint nos are 1923390 & 1942300.
I feel very disappointing on it.
