I think four months back I ordered a tymes Y5DT model 3g model smartphone by watching advertisement in shopcules .com channel. l have ordered on date 16-11-2017 and received on 22-12-2017. Firstly the phone was in good condition . After two days onward battery is not getting charged. I immediately done a phone to that channel .there recieveing is not good . they told me that we are responsable for that. They said me You should do call to tymes customer care number and end my call. On that day my phone is not working . I have done a call tymes customer care number they are also saying that we are not responsible for that . what can I do now . I have lost money , my phone is not working because of your fake shopcule website and shopcules channel. I am requesting you please do justice for me.
