Defective product received from Flipkart

I purches mobile phone online by flipcart.com at 23 apr 2017 panasonic eluga ray x32 gb it will be recive me at 27 apr 2017 16 :17 by bludart this product is difected as specificastion finger print and home button not worjing so i am return request at 28 apr 2017 at 10:17 seller accept and picup foulty pic at 2nd may.
send me new item it willbe recive me at 6th may 2017 at 19:19 new phone is ok but found me one new problem mobile phones ear speaker /calling spkr volume no hearing volume is very low they send me once again send me foulty item. We r as a same date same time buy same three mobile phone two phone r working fine good but my pis why foulty i contact to flipcart they told me we r unable to asist u our seller not able to solve ur problrm. I pay cost of this item full payment on cash on delivery as Rs 8999 full cost but i dint’t recive item as a rs valu plz regard me kindley help me
