I have purchased lyf f1s mobile phone at Rs. 7399 on 4 may 2017. However i was not satisfied with the phone’s camera amd performance therefore i filed the return on next day. After 4 days the customer care emailed me saying that the product is under manufacture waranty and the would not return the product. It is the responsibility of the e-commerce store to return if the customer is unsatisfied with the product. They give various adds saying easy returns then what is this. My father is a lawyer and hence i wish to file a case if my complaint is not met.
