Defective product received from togofogo

I placed order one mobile and i recive a courier 8th may but i recive a damage product same day i call togofogo help center and i talk with kavita and she say me we provide warranty your product so you can contact on warranty bazaar so i will call on warranty bazaar but in warranty bazaar say me if you received damage product so you can call on togofogo.com.

From last two days i call continues call on togofogo.com but nobody answer me property.
