I had purchased a refrigerator on 13/4/2016 on 28/7/2016 lodged a complaint for water leakeage, then again complained on 24/8/2016 for which many tech person came an did a operation which lasted for 1 1/2 days and accrd to them this was a defective product. now again same problem errupted complained lodged and as per them i will have to bear the exp as the warranty period expired. why should i when i was given a defective product in first place ,and they had to do repair works on the new brand piece, i just want replacement.
