Deficiency in Service provided by Marriage Bureau for Match Fixing

I am an advocate by profession at Bangalore has approached in-charge of Margadarsini Marriages, Mysore Branch, seeking marriage alliance for my daughter , during the month of July 2017. I personally visited Margadarsini Marriages ( Old Address) and contacted Kxxxxxxu in person to gather more information about their service. ( The present address of the said Marriage Bureau is: Margadarsini Marriages, Saraswathipuram, Mysore-570023).

After satisfied with available information about services providing by said organization and after Mr.Bxxxx promised me to send suitable alliances for my daughter within a week time, I paid Rs.6500/- (Rs.Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards subscription fee for their services. The amount was remitted to the account number by Mr.Bxxxxxxthrough my SBI account No.30062975880 via NEFT on 06-07-2017 (REF: IHE6309040)

Thereafter , profile of my daughter was created and generated User ID by them which was provided to me.. Thereafter we received some good marriage proposals through E-Mail along with photo of Broom from said marriage bureau. After scrutiny of furnished details and discussion with my daughter, we selected five to six alliances and requested Mr.Bxxxxxx to organize for a meeting to finalize a suitable and better one.

However, de-spite a long wait, Mr.Bxxxxu did not take any initiative though I requested and repeated reminders and also not get any proposals for my daughter from the said marriage bureau as promised. Morever, Mr.Bxxxxu had stopped to taking his phone calls.
Thereafter , I sent a E-mail Notice to Mr.Bxxxxxxu as well as to said Margadarsini Marriage Bureau, but it is invain.
Fed Up with the attitude of in charge of Margadarsini Marriage Bureau, Mysore Branch, I sent a legal notice dated:29-01-2018 demanding to refund Rs.6500/- paid towards subscription fee along with 9% interest from the date of payment made till the date of realization. Apart from that I also demanded in my legal notice to pay compensation of Rs.3000 plus Rs.1000 towards costs for the inconvenience caused to us. The said notice was served but so far, I have not received any respond. Hence this Complaint against deficiency of service and failure of Marriage Bureau to provide good service as promised..

I pray this hon’ble forum to give directions to said Mr.Babu, to refund the amount which I paid towards subscription along with interest as well as compensation
