I have bought a flat at Sunteck Westworld Naigaon after selling my other flat at Vasai becasue I wanted a flat in a better society as I am a senior citizen. They promised me to give possession in 2020 December from then they have been just pushing the date ahead. Now they are saying that I will get possession in 2023 which is really not acceptable. I have been staying on rent in Virar for this while and now since their possession is delayed they are not even ready to pay for my rent. The staff at Naigaon sales office is very rude, they challenged me to do a complaint. They said we don’t care where you are staying, how much you are paying, we will not pay for your rent and you will have to wait until next year for possession. Some of the staff were also making fun of me and laughing at me. How do we tolerate such a behaviour with customers. They should be fined and their licence should get cancelled. I want to have my rent to be paid by the builder atleast until my possession.
