Delay in payament against Videocon Pasia Vasool Offer

I have purchased a LCD from videocon and they gave me “Paisa vasool Offer” with that. As per the offer I supposed to get Rs. 11,000/- after 6 year 11 month of product purchase date (i.e. 2/08/10). I couriered the bond within timeline (as per terms and condition) to the company but they are delaying the payment and not giving any date for the same. I am waiting and contacting them since Jul 2017 but still not received any satisfactory reply.
